      • A new checkbox is added in the CRM Configurations workflow. When selected, Schedule Genie pulls available time slots from the CRM Calendar. If the CRM calendar sync fails excessively, the box becomes unchecked and continues to allow lead creation based on the Schedule Genie settings and rules. 

        • Note: Previously, if the CRM calendar sync failed it also interrupted lead creation. Now lead sync or creation is not disabled when there is a calendar insertion failure.

    • Now when a partner attempts to activate the Best Price Now module, a modal window displays to alert the user this is a paid application. This allows the user to determine if they wish to accept the cost and activate the module or cancel.

  • CRM Integration: Meet Elise
    • Available now, a new CRM integration for Meet Elise, an AI leasing Assistant application specifically for multifamily real estate. This integration is an email parser process that creates guest cards and appointments. It’s available in Company > CRM Configurations.
    • The integration is updated to support Schedule Genie leads only to properly support the Meet Elise software. The email formatting for the Meet Elise lead is updated to:
      • All new lines are displayed as individual newlines.
      • Blank fields are included and left blank.
      • “EndOfComments” removed.

What’s New
  • Monthly Leads Email
    • A new monthly leads email is available. It is sent out on the first of the month detailing the previous month’s leads. The monthly email sends to the same email addresses listed in the weekly lead notification email field.
