A luxury apartment community was looking for a better way to convert website visitors into leads. Their existing lead process required prospects to either fill out a form, submit an online application, or contact the community through a phone call, email or an in-person visit. These steps introduced delays into the tour scheduling process and led to less online conversions.
The community introduced a product from our Conversion Cloud called Schedule Genie, a tour scheduler that lives on the community’s website. The tool allows website visitors to see available tour times and self-select a tour appointment. This process reduced friction in the tour scheduling process resulting in more tours and leases.
